Welcome to CraftLink West Linn Landscapers. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Services Provided
We provide professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree services, and related outdoor maintenance. The specific services provided to you will be detailed in your service agreement or proposal.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with additional work. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We will schedule services based on mutual availability. Weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if schedule changes are necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Property Access
You agree to provide clear access to the work areas on your property. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles or obstacles, and ensuring pets are secured. If our crew cannot safely access the work area, we may need to reschedule, and a trip charge may apply.
Liability and Insurance
CraftLink West Linn Landscapers is fully licensed and insured. We take care to protect your property during our work. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hidden features that are not marked or disclosed to us before work begins. We are also not liable for pre-existing damage to plants, lawns, or structures.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other buried features before we begin work. You must also inform us of any known property hazards or restrictions. For ongoing maintenance services, you agree to maintain reasonable property conditions between visits.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. For plant installations, we offer a limited warranty as specified in your service agreement. This typically covers plant health for a specified period, provided you follow recommended care instructions. Hardscaping and other installation work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year from completion. Normal wear, weather damage, and lack of maintenance are not covered.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are specified in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work. Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees and collection actions.
Disputes and Resolution
If you have a concern about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address it. We want every client to be satisfied. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
